The Culinary Theme is chosen two weeks before the event. Events begin with delicious appetizers and beverages, including wine and beer. The teams receive their packets which include aprons along with menu and recipe ideas. Each team must choose a name and create a skit to introduce their team.
There will be a group instruction on the basics in the kitchen: cooking techniques, knife skill along with safety and sanitation.
After the event, a group photo along with a special gift will be given to each team member.
